	Joel Sr. Joel sr. is an Audio/Video engineer with over twenty years of experience in Sound and picture applications. Joel's A/V skills include design and installation of large PA systems and custom Home Theater installations. Joel is also an expert in the design and installation of CCTV surveillence sytems, with over twelve years experiance in the video security industry and 13 years experiance in C-band , M-sat , Ku , and v-sat satellite systems installations.		Joel Jr. Joel Jr. has over 8 years of experience installing satellites in Haiti and the United States. His broad range of skills span from satellite system engineering and integration, to product development and network design and administration. Joel attended Southern Polytechnic State Universiy in Atlanta, Georgia, and has worked with the Echostar Data Networks Research and Development office in Atlanta.
